What to include so we can help faster
If it's about an existing order, add your order number — it's in your confirmation email.
If it's about something that arrived damaged, attach a photo.
If you're not sure whether it'll get there in time, tell us the date and where you are, and we'll tell you straight.
Already ordered?
Tracking details are emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched. It can take 24 to 72 hours before tracking starts updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
If it's been longer than that and you've heard nothing, email us and we'll chase it.
