1. About these terms

This website is operated by KNEE RX, trading as Miovani ("we", "us", "our"), with its principal establishment in Valencia, Spain, and fulfilment operations in the United States.

By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens. Measurements given are approximate.

Materials are described on each product page. Where a product is described as plated, it is plated and not solid. Where stones are described as cubic zirconia, they are cubic zirconia and not diamonds.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation email.

Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of ordering. See our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Personalised products

Where you provide text for engraving or customisation, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We print exactly what you provide. We cannot refund or replace personalised items due to spelling or content errors on your part.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse any personalisation request at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos, and the Miovani name — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. User submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights.

10. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if we believe you have breached these terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your country of residence.
